She offers mindfulness-based psychotherapy and hypnosis for adults with anxiety/panic, eating disorders including obesity, addiction, and more. Mindy has an M.A. in counseling psychology from Lesley University, a progressive school in Cambridge, M.A., and a M.T.S. in world religion from Harvard University. Skilled at assessment, she is able to swiftly identify each client’s unique needs and create an individualized approach to treatment that matches their priorities and interests, with room to evolve as needed.
Kent Jarratt, L.C.S.W.
Kent is a licensed clinical social worker and Ericksonian hypnotherapist with over 30 years of experience working with individuals and couples. He is a former President of the New York Milton H. Erickson Society for Psychotherapy and Hypnosis and the former Director of Hypnotherapy Services for the National Institute for the Psychotherapies. Kent has successfully used hypnosis to help clients cope with a wide range of problems, including smoking cessation; anxiety and panic attacks; phobias; fear of flying; nail biting; eating disorders such as binge eating, bulimia, and weight management; public speaking; and performance anxiety. He also has a specialization in hypnosis for medical issues including anxiety around medical procedures; pre-and post-surgery; tinnitus; teeth grinding; IBS; and chronic illness.

Sessions with Mindy are 50 minutes long and are $175.
